Becky Swartz

Becky was fortunate to get a job at MKS in September of 1997 back when the company was called Tim Myslajek, LTD. and there were only 12 employees. She started out as a full-time tax preparer working with clients. After starting a family, Becky transitioned to part-time status, shifting her responsibilities to HR management, payroll, daily operations and financial reporting.

Becky, her husband and their two daughters moved from Maple Grove, MN to Naperville, IL in the summer of 2011. She enjoys working remotely, however misses the in-person camaraderie with the MKS staff. She travels back to MN throughout the year to visit the office, usually when there is a planned company event since they are always a great time!
